A comprehensive training program that includes 16 tailored workouts per month,
expert guidance from certified professionals,
and a focus on recovery and tournament preparation.
All of this for just $320 per month, which breaks down to less than $20 per workout – an incredible value for the level of service and expertise provided.
1. Two training sessions per week with me, where I will personally work with your child to develop their skills, technique, and game strategy.
2. Two training sessions per week with Manoah: a certified strength coach, who will focus on building your child's physical strength, endurance, and agility. His facility is next door to MKD.
3. Recovery sessions designed to help your child bounce back faster and prevent injuries, ensuring they are always ready to perform at their best.
4. Customized workouts that are tailored around your child's tournament schedule, so they can peak at the right time and maximize their chances of success.
5. Regular progress tracking and updates, so you can see your child's improvement and celebrate their achievements.

Monday - Sunday
